Q: Do you accept international orders?
Vampress accepts local, national and international orders from and delivers globally. 

Q: How long will my order take to be delivered?
Items can take 1-2 days or up to 2 weeks delivery time from receipt of order. Ocassionally some orders may take slightly longer depending upon the delivery destination and stock availability. International orders can sometimes take longer but Vampress strives to deliver promptly. 

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
You can make payment several different way using credit card, PAYPAL, money order, cheque and direct deposit. For more details please refer to ‘customer service’.

Q: What currency are your prices expressed in?
All items are expressed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Please note when making payment that we only accept money in Australia Dollars.

Q: What is your refund policy?
We do not offer cash refunds instead we will consider an exchange of the item in question if the article is the wrong size or is proven faulty (size refunds merely applies to Vampress clothing items only NOT footwear). If this applies to you, we ask that you get in contact with us within 48 hours of receiving your order. If we have not heard from you after this period of time under no circumstances will a refund be possible.
For all refunds please email vampress with the following information:
- Your full name and order number
- Reason for the refund
- Item description or name and the size required
- Please include your invoice with the returned item to make the transaction possible

PLEASE NOTE: Certain items such as earrings, footwear, make-up, ’sale’ items and under-wear cannot be exchanged or returned. Under no circumstances we will accept a refund if you have changed your mind on an order/item, have already worn the item or if the item has been damaged by you. Additional postage payments will apply to all refunds, so please take care in ordering correctly the first time (we recommend that customers view the sizing charts prior to ordering).

Q: How much is postage and Handling?
Postage and handling is calculated on the weight of items ordered. The postage fee will automatically be added to your order at checkout point. All orders are send via express post only. (This is to ensure delivery reliability and safe handling of your goods). 

Q: Is this site secure?
The Vampress online store is very secure. We will never trade or give out any of your personal information. We do not store or file credit card/payment details. Once transaction approval is made all the information is automatically deleted.

 Q: Where is Vampress from & made? A: Vampress is an Australian clothing and accessory label based in Perth, Australia. The label is 100% Australian designed and owned. Most items are manufactured within Australia and China. Vampress is made with excellent quality using top of the range fabrics and materials. Q: How do I take care of my garment? A: We recommend a gentle machine wash on most items. Delicate garments should always be hand washed. DO NOT IRON OVER PRINTS as this will burn and smudge the design, instead iron from the wrong side out.
